Roland Hemetzberger moved from being a full time athlete to starting a job with Black Diamond...but that hasn't slowed him down. We spent a day climbing with Roland at a local crag near to the Black Diamond office in Innsbruck. Surely one of the highest performing 'weekend warriors' on the planet.
