Mélissa nailed the first female ascent of the famous sport route graded 8c/11- on Thursday, 8 May 2014, 27 years after the route was opened. Wallstreet was first climbed by legendary Wolfgang Güllich, a former adidas athlete, in 1987. The classic route at Krottenseer Turm in Germany's Frankenjura, known for numb fingers and battered skin, is considered a mile stone in sport climbing history and regarded as one of the toughest routes worldwide.
