Supercaneleta Mt Fitz Roy Patagonia Climbing

During a short particularly cold weather window members of the NZ Alpine Team complete an ascent of the ultra classic Supercaneleta on Mt Fitz Roy. Starting from the Torre Valley and heading up over the Sleeping Man Ridge they head up the initial 1000m of the Caneleta in very cold conditions before the weather breaks and they can continue onto the summit.
