Dave Lottmann of Northeast Alpine Start and guide for Northeast Mountaineering climbs the iconic "Black Dike" in Franconia Notch, New Hampshire with his guest Jay. This WI4-5 ice climb is a New England mega classic that ascends Cannon Cliff. A true alpine experience! Today it was in particularly fat shape and Dave made his lead look easy. I'm lucky enough to have been there to film it all go down!
