Via ferrata del Daubenhorn in Leukerbad

This is the longest ferrata in Switzerland. Its 1,000 meters of altitude, the 2,100 meters of cable and the 10 scales make it one of the most impressive ferratas we have done. It has a very high difficulty and it must be in a very good physical form. Without finding anyone on the road, it takes more than six hours to complete it. Several extraplomos and the cave increase the difficulty, especially if the cave carries water. The starting point is the town of Leukerbad and you take the Gemmi cable car for your approach.
