Whitewater SUP on Snoqualmie River from Plum River Access Point

20. 1. 2021

This was our first time ever going whitewater SUP. We launched on the Snoqualmie River from Plum River Access pPoint and first played around in the eddy trying to decide if we could actually make it down the first rapids. It was raining a little, the water was 48F, and the flow 4,200 CFS so the river was quite intimidating. We finally made it down the rapid paddling on our knees. The 1-2 foot waves look tiny on the GoPro but the accomplishment felt BIG! We will be back to learn how to make it down on our feet.
